Feedback can be requested from the Slack Shortcuts menu by searching for 'feedback', or by navigating to the `Feedback` section of the App Home and clicking `Request Feedback`.

Either of the above actions will trigger the modal shown below where you can:

Select up to ten users you would like to request feedback from.
Choose whether to deliver your feedback at 9am.
Local time for each recipient
Enter a message decribing what you would like feedback about.

Depending on admin settings, approval may be required before your request is delivered.
